Turn to your right and head to the elevator in front of you. Exit the computer, grab the power cell to your right and leave this building. Head to the computer in front of you to the right, and read the last entry titled "Note to Shane". Open the door to your right and follow the airlock procedures, then enter the building. Turn right, head across the bridge and go up the stairs.
Follow the path around and down, then climb up several rocks when you get to the end. You'll take several flights of stairs then turn left when you get to the top. Continue up the stairs on the scaffolding. There's an O2 fill station in the crate to the left if you need some oxygen. You'll head up a path to some satellite dishes, surrounded by stacked rocks. Attempt to take the elevator up, then exit and head down and around the path in front of you. Head up, to the right, and climb up the rocks when prompted. Scan/connect and select test to open up the blocked section. Insert the power cell into the slot on the right side of the vehicle. Grab the power cell in the back of the crate, turn around, and head to the Badger to your right.

Turn around and head to the next shipping crate in front of you and enter the password on the keypad to the left of the doors. Look in the first shipping crate to your left for the password 7357 which has been partially erased.
Head out of the Myrcat and turn around 180 degrees and head up the path in front of you. You'll wake up in the Myrcat with a new objective.
